Amandine Chaignot is executive chef at Hotel Raphael. She produces cuisine in her own image — honest, lively, up-to-date — and continues in the tradition of the French cuisine that she learnt over more than 10 years spent working with top chefs (Ducasse, Piège, Alleno, Frechon, Leprince…)
Amandine Chaignot is the fourth jury of MasterChef Season 4, broadcast every Friday night at 8:50pm on the french channel TF1.
The décor at the Raphael Restaurant is a sophisticated blend – a designer-chic ambiance allied with historical traditions. The immaculate white of the walls, the grey upholstery of the chairs and the aubergine hues of the curtains all combine to create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for breakfast from Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
It is open for lunch from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and from 7.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner.
Closed weekly at weekends and public holidays.
